The first #MoM press conference (below), held at the spacious Podium Hall of the Podium Mall in Pasig, took place last February 9. The second, and more grandeur one, tried capturing the old Ilocos feel. Thus, it was held at the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Quezon City last February 20 (top). A bonus round-table interview with Direk Darryl Yap and co-producer Senator Imee Marcos, was also held the next day, February 21, at the Viva-owned Greyhound Cafe in Rockwell, Makati.

Martyr of Murderer, the prequel to Darryl Yap's mega blockbuster hit Maid in Malacanang, will have its grand premiere night on Monday, February 27 at the SM Cinemas in the Block in Quezon City.

But prior to that, the movie was presented to the TV, print, and online press via two grand press conferences that also served as a fashion show of sort for the stars who all came in their Filipiniana best.

Martyr or Murderer is a recount of what happened to the Marcos family before and after the EDSA Revolution. It's a peak into their life in exile as well as a brave recollection on the intrigues surrounding Imee Marcos’s exploits in Morocco.

Cristine Reyes, Cesar Montano, Ruffa Gutierrez, Diego Loyzaga, and Ella Cruz reprise their roles as Imee Marcos, Ferdinand Marcos, Imelda Marcos, Bongbong Marcos, and Irene Marcos respectively; while Isko Moreno plays Ninoy Aquino and Jerome Ponce as the young Ninoy.

The powerhouse cast also includes Marco Gumabao as the young Marcos Sr., Cindy Miranda as the young Imelda, Elizabeth Oropesa and Beverly Salviejo as the remaining maids of the Marcos Family, and Rose Van Ginkel as Maricar, Imee’s confidante during her days in Morocco.
