Andi Manzano is proud to share her two-months postpartum body progress after a month of daily work out.
Despite giving birth to her second little angel Amelia last January 19, The Radio DJ is motivated to immediately start getting back in shape when her doctor allowed her to finally do physical exercises.
She wrote, “That awkward photo cause i don’t know how to pose. LOL”
“I finally see some results after exercising almost everyday for a month. I wake up extra early to work out before all the kids are up [laugh]”
“When my OB told me gave me the go signal and that’s when i called @sasjamulder to help me get started then continued with @onelifestudio. There’s no diet cause i’m breastfeeding and i’m hungry all the time but i eat clean.
“I’ve never felt this good and strong (i couldn’t climb 3 floors before but now i can without even getting tired!!). Every day i challenge myself to get better in every way i can”
The mother of two even made it clear that she didn’t edit her photos.
“No editing here — last video for proof hahaha #2monthspostpartum you can do it too”
As it turns out, Andi’s goals for year 2019 are “eating healthy and being active again”
At first, she felt guilty spending some alone time instead of taking care of her newborn but later on realize she needed it to become more stronger for her children.
She ended her note by encouraging moms out there who just gave birth that it’s okay to have their own “me time” too.
