Getting your dream body is never as easy as 1-2-3. For beginners and fitness buffs alike, this can be demoralizing; it can shake your dedication to your workout and make you lose motivation to get up and exercise in the morning. When progress begins to slow down, they call it a plateau—and even the fittest of people, like actress Andrea Torres, can experience something like it.
That's why the sexy Kapuso star was so happy to share her recent body transformation, just a few weeks after she thought she had reached plateau. Andrea showed off her enviable progress on IG, which earned praise and admiration from her fellow celebs.

Said Andrea: "I kept a healthy & active lifestyle for the longest time.This allowed me to master my body... But what I learned the hard way is that your body will inevitably undergo changes..& you can’t stop it.
"You might not know this but I’ve been struggling for quite some time. I was so frustrated because I’m giving my usual 100% yet it doesn’t seem to match what I’m seeing & feeling. I wanted steady progress but the development always stops midway. I’m almost convinced there’s something wrong w/ me. I applied everything that I know but I’m not getting the same results anymore.”
That was until the actress "had the privilege" of training with personal fitness coach Victor Mondia, who helped Andrea get through her slump.
"He’s hardcore," the actress said of her coach. "True enough,he really lived up to my expectations.Haha.But I wanted to show him that I can do everything he asked me to do so I allowed him to push me to my limits.I wanted to prove something to him & more importantly,to myself."
All her hard work paid off, and in just two weeks, she's already gotten so much sexier—as evidenced by her now-maluwag jeans.
"I’ve never seen my body respond this fast in such a long time 😊," she said. "I stopped letting the injury convince me that I’m weak now compared before.But I’m still very careful 😊
Andrea also thanked her coach, saying that his motivational messages really helped her along the way.
"Thank you Coach Vic!You were my constant reminder.Your “Bawal mapagod!!!” “Kayang kaya!” C’mon, let’s gooooo!” really paid off! Hahaha! Currently doing 132lbs squat 😃 #susukaperohindisusuko 😅
