Anne Curtis, two days ago, posted a photo of her and her new leading man Marco Gumabao on Instagram announcing that they have finally wrapped up shooting for their first team up, Just A Stranger.
An obviously excited Anne wrote: “Keep an eye out for it in cinemas this year. It will give you all sorts of mixed feelings. I promise.”
The Filipino-Australian actress also said she can’t wait for everyone to meet her character Mae once the movie hits the silverscreens.
“Excited for all of you to meet my character Mae. She made me go back to my core and how I’ve missed that.”
Moreover, she told her fans and supporters to watch out for Marco, whom she thinks did very well in this Jason Paul Laxamana film.
“Also, be sure to watch out for @gumabaomarco. Definitely the first time to see him like this on the big screen.”
Just A Stranger is a Viva Films Production that revolves around the story of a woman who falls in love with a man a few years younger than her. The film, which was hugely shot in Portugal is yet given a playdate.
But we’re already excited. Will this be Marco’s passage to full-blown leading-man status? What do you think?
