Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray decided to let go one of the most “sentimental” possessions she has to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
Last Sunday, June 7, Catriona took to her official Facebook page to announce to the public that she’s going to auction off some of her pre-loved items under Angel Locsin’s Shop&Share.
One of the items she’s selling is a “super sentimental” pin which she used while competing for the Miss Universe title two years ago.
Her caption reads: “Hey beautiful people! I've decided to auction some of my pre-loved items: https://www.shopandshare.store/search?q=Catriona
“The MU pin in particular is super sentimental to me as it secured my sash as I competed in the Preliminary competition of Miss Universe 2018.”
Letting go of something “super sentimental” to the beauty queen is not a big deal knowing it is for a cause.
“But I've decided to dedicate it to a cause. All proceeds go towards aiding the government in their CoVid Mass Testing efforts.”

Aside from her Miss Universe pin, she is also selling her pair of Karen Millen embellished heels.
Based on Shop&Share’s website, the pin’s current bid is P20,000 while the heels is priced at P16,000.
The same website also mentioned that whoever gets the pin will also have “a personal, hand written note on the Official Miss Universe 2018 Comp-Card.”
Bless your kind heart, Catriona!
