Grateful ang aktres na si Julia Barretto sa mainit na suporta ng kanyang fans sa kanyang YouTube channel na Just Julia.
Last year pa nagsimulang mag-vlog sa YouTube ang aktres pero these past months n’ya lang ito natutukan nang husto kung kailan nagkaroon ng pandemic at lockdown.
Sa ngayon ay meron ng more than 737k subscribers si Julia at karamihan sa mga vlog entries n’ya ay pumapalo sa mahigit 1 million views. Kaya naman ganu’n na lang ang pasasalamat ng dalaga sa kanyang mga fans.
“I just had to squeeze in how thankful I am and just grateful for the overwhelming response and the really good feedback and the support that the channel has been getting,” pahayag ni Julia sa online talk show ng Viva TV na Anong Ganap? hosted by Phoemela Barranda na in-upload kahapon, December 7, sa social media.
“This is a whole new world for me and to just be accepted and to be embraced, it’s such a great feeling.”
Sey pa ng bagong Viva artist, doble daw ang appreciation n’ya sa tagumpay ng kanyang pagba-vlog lalo pa’t nangyari ito while in the midst of the pandemic.
“One thing that I learned in 2020 is, I guess, just never take anything for granted because we never know when something will be taken away from us,” ani Julia.
“And, you know, when we had to go on lockdown and quarantine and just a lot of moments taken away from us, you know, it made me realize to really take in every moment and be grateful for every moment ‘cause not everything is meant to last.”
Dahil dito, mas inspirado daw na gumawa pa ng online content ang actress-vlogger para sa kanyang viewers. Kabilang na nga dito ang bago at kinaaaliwan segment/show n’ya na Drink and Spill, kung saan nauna nang sumalang sa first two episodes sina Marco Gumabao at Ina Raymundo. Aliw ang concept nito kung saan tumatagay muna sila ng alak before answering mostly-personal questions.
“Well, a lot of Drink and Spill episodes like what we did earlier,” pagtitiyak ni Julia tungkol sa mga dapat pang abangan sa kanyang channel. “It will feature a lot of people I’m very close with and very close to my heart. In that way, hopefully, people get to know me and get to know the guests that we will be having on this segment.
“[Also] a lot more family content, more real, authentic, and honest fun vlogs and episodes that we are gonna be having,” pagtatapos ni Julia.
Samantala, nag-trending naman sa Twitter nitong nakaraang araw ang 2019 movie n’ya na Between Maybes kung saan nakatambal n’ya si Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson na na-issue sa kanya last year. Moreover, Top 2 naman sa trending list ng NetflixPH at this moment ang nasabing pelikula.
