Last Monday, November 23, Enchong Dee spoke in a press conference about his newest endorsement: financial company SunLife's Negosyante Starter Pack, which aims to help entrepreneurs like him to fund their business goals and personal goals.
A member of the press asked the actor if he was aware that he garnered a new fanbase after the premiere of his Netflix film Alter Me.
Enchong expressed nothing but gratitude for the positive viewer reception he received for his work on the film.
"Well, nagpapasalamat ako," he said. "Ang wish ko or ang goal ko everytime gumagawa akong project is 'yong marami lang makanood, marami lang maka-appreciate ng ginagawa."
He added that after the outcome of the film, he did not even think about garnering new fans.
"It's more of masaya ako because maraming bagong audience na naka-notice [nung] effort na binibigay ko sa trabaho ko," he said.
"Kasi, 'di ba, minsan kapag gumagawa ka ng project tas [k]onti lang nanonood, parang nakakalungot." he added.
Enchong went on saying that he simply feels inspired to do more as an actor.
"Siguro, mas inspired ako gumawa ng panibagong character, ng panibagong film," he said.
Alter Me is currently being shown on the digital streaming platform Netflix. Apart from Dee, the film also stars Jasmine Curtis-Smith and JC Santos.
