Aubrey Miles encourages people to keep at least an hour dedicated for self-maintenance everyday because “you owe it to yourself”.
In her case, she makes it to a point not to miss her work out schedules as much as possible because she easily get cranky if that happens.
She wrote, “You owe yourself atleast an hour a day of self maintenance.”
“It can include yoga, reading, meditation, dancing, painting. What’s your health maintenance?”
“Whatever it is you owe it to yourself. That’s less than 5% of your day and it matters.”

As seen in her Instagram feed, Aubrey is dedicated to get back in shape after giving birth to her little girl Rocket last December 14.
Majority of her followers always look forward to watch her short workout videos on Instagram and now she’s deciding whether to create her own Youtube channel for her daily physical exercises.
