Gazini Ganados was near in grabbing the brass ring of achieving a back-to-back win for Philippines as she entered the Top 20 of the 2019 Miss Universe competition today, Monday, December 9 on Manila time as a wild card competitor.
However, she failed to grab the spot in the Top 10 in this year's competition.
Candidates from United States of America, Columbia, Puerto Rico, Peru, South Africa, Iceland, France, Indonesia, Thailand, and Mexico were announced as the Top 10 candidates.
