Maricris Garcia took to Instagram yesterday, May 16, to announce some good news: that she is expecting her first baby!
The singer posted a photo of a pregnancy kit that displays a positive result while thanking God in her caption for finally fulfilling her long-time wish.
“Walang mapagsidlan ang aming tuwa!” she wrote. “Sa wakas, dininig Niya ang matagal na naming dasal. Ngayon palang mahal na mahal na kita. ❤️”
It could be recalled that Maricris tied the knot with non-showbiz sweetheart TJ Cruz last December 2016.
The Year 3 Pinoy Pop Superstar winner was showered with congratulatory messages from her celebrity friends and colleagues regarding her pregnancy, including Kapuso stars Carla Abellana, Aicelle Santos, Rodjun Cruz, Barbie Forteza, and Rocco Nacino and Kapamilya celebrities Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Jaya, Jolina Magdangal, and Kyla.
