Kim Chiu is on cloud nine over the success of her “Bawal Lumabas” merchandise that she launched almost two weeks ago.

Kim announced via Instagram yesterday, June 7, that her shirts are “officially sold out.”

She sold shirts in five different colors with three available “Bawal Lumabas”-inspired print designs.

All proceeds will be donated to Angel Locsin’s Shop&Share, which aims to raise funds and purchase COVID-19 mass testing kits for the poor sector in the country.

In her post, Kim uploaded a photo of her smiling widely for the camera while wearing the lime green version of the said shirt, plus an appreciation artcard that carries her message of thanks to her “classmates” who purchased her merch for a cause.

She wrote, “Classmates!!!!!🛎#BawalLumabasMerch OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT this morning!!!”

The Kapamilya actress has done a pretty good job at turning hate into love in an instant! It could be recalled that Kim was heavily criticized by the public after joining ABS-CBN’s online protest a month ago when she wasn’t able to deliver her message across quite well.

Despite receiving overwhelming hate and bashing, Kim used it as an opportunity to entertain her fans by making a song out of it, “Bawal Lumabas” and launching a shirt line, which earnings will help several Filipinos affected by the Covid-19 crisis.

Good job, Kimmy!
