After turning a month and a half, Korina Sanchez and Mar Roxas’ twins flew for 20 hours straight from the United States all the way back home in the Philippines.
The first time mom posted on her Instagram yesterday about the simple get together prepared for them especially for their twins—Pepe and Pilar.
She wrote, “After a major production of flying twin babies 20 hours away, we are finally home! Came back with a nice get together to meet Pepe and Pilar!”.
Welcome home balloons, three-tier cupcakes and closest people in their lives all together in one place are enough to make them feel extra special.
Korina shared their preparation before actually going back to the Philippines. Pepe and Pilar got a “full spectrum vaccination” to avoid getting sick as they will encounter a lot of people at the airport and inside the plane.
“As expected, Pepe and Pilar cried and cried during their full spectrum vaccination at the pediatrician. We wanted them protected before we traveled back to Manila.Kasi ang daming tao sa airport and sa eroplano. Mabuti na ang sigurado…” she said.
On a separate post, the twins didn’t get a fever after their vaccination so it’s a good sign that the family can finally travel back home.
The 54-year-old TV anchor was also grateful to be reunited with her puppies after being away for so long.
Mar and Korina’s children were born via surrogate and they announced it to the public last month, February 21.
