Luis Manzano took himself back to memory lane last Saturday, October 2, when he posted his old yearbook entry on his Instagram.
Lucky, as he was referred to on the yearbook and his mother Vilma Santos back then, spoke about how “life and nature” complement one another. The actor-host proceeded to poke fun at his childhood yearbook contemplation in the photo’s caption.
“Life and nature are two things needed in our everyday life. Life needs nature; while nature also needs life. It is like a cycle that happens everyday, maybe we didn’t notice it, but it happens all day and night,” Luis’ yearbook note said.
“Ano pinagsasasabi ko dyan?!?!? HAAHHAHAHAHAHAHA bangag ba ako nun??? AHAHAHAHHAHA nakanguya ata ako ng maduming tsinelas. Pero sabagay, pwede naman simulan sa ‘a wise philosopher once said…,'” the actor wrote on his caption, mocking his old yearbook quote.
After a netizen asked, Luis confirmed that the photo and quote was from his old Grade 7 yearbook.
Fellow celebrity colleagues like Lea Salonga, Bangs Garcia, Nikki Gil, and Bianca Gonzalez found the Your Moment host’s post amusing, with Luis asking the latter to feature the post in her next vlog because it is “too deep”
“Speaking offfffff please give advice on Paano Ba 'To 😂🙏🤔😊” Gonzalez asked, with Luis asking if the advice should be regarding “life and nature”
Actress Jessy Mendiola, Luis’ girlfriend, commented laughing emojis with his hilarious post.
