Catriona Gray received immense love and support from all over the world after being crowned as the new Miss Universe in Bangkok, Thailand yesterday, December 17. It’s no surprise that she already hit two million followers and counting on Instagram because people fell in love with her beauty, wit and genuine heart.
Catriona’s winning team also deserve much appreciation for tirelessly helping and working with her to achieve her dream of being Miss Universe.
She thanked them on her Instagram account saying, “I wouldn't have been able to do any of this with all your time, effort and love 💛”
He is one of the mentors of Catriona in her journey to Miss Universe 2018. He said that Catriona’s training includes theater, dance, Philippine history and Pasarela training.
The Filipino designer who rose to fame for his signature intricate details created several gowns specially made for Catriona’s Miss Universe competition. Each gown incorporated symbolism about the Philippines. The final gown worn by Catriona which he called “The Fiery and Lovely perfection” made it to the headlines of different news outlets.
He has been Catriona’s mentor ever since she competed in Miss World 2016.
Aside from guiding Catriona at the Miss Universe 2018, he also handled Miss Universe 2015, Pia Wurtzbach and Rachel Peters who competed at Miss Universe 2017.
He’s in charge of Catriona’s crowning glory in some of her photoshoots in her journey to Miss Universe. #hairbybrentsales
He’s one of the people behind Catriona’s National Costume in Miss Universe 2018, particularly her shoes. He also created her heels during her walk in the runway.
