Miss World Philippines 2019 Michelle Dee expressed gratitude to all who supported her bid to win the Miss World title held in London last December 14.

In her Instagram, the 23-year-old model and TV actress shared a photo of her wearing the sea green evening gown designed by Francis Libiran.

The Kapuso star wrote: "It's been an absolutely amazing run and I can't be anymore luckier to have my kababayans stand by me throughout this whole experience."

The Filipina beauty queen who made it to Miss World pageant's Top 12 also shared that the recently concluded international pageant has made her a better version of herself.

⁣"Miss World has made me a better, stronger, and wiser person overall and as i've said time and time again, everything happens for a reason. ⁣

"We all stood on that stage driven by passion and a unified goal to make this world a better place in our own ways.”

Again, the daughter of actress and beauty queen Melanie Marquez gave her huge thanks to the Filipinos who she described as her inspiration.

"I definitely wouldn't have made it this far without all of you so thank you so much for your overwhelming support.

"You were my strength, my purpose, my anchor and it gives me so much pride to be called Filipino. We definitely showed the world what we had to offer as one nation and i hope i made you all proud.

"I can't wait to see you all back home," she concluded.
