Neri Miranda and her husband Chito Miranda, the frontman of Parokya ni Edgar band, announced in mid 2015 that they were expecting what was supposed to be their first child.

Then in August that same year, the couple disclosed that Neri had a miscarriage in an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN. They did not give much details at that time about the heart-breaking news.

But for the first time after four years, the 33-year-old mother opened up online about what she went through after losing her first baby.

Last Monday, May 27, Neri took to Instagram to share how she managed to get back on her feet after experiencing miscarriage.

Posting a photo of an ultrasound result, she write: “May 27, 2015.

Bakit!”

The actress-turned-businesswoman found her answer years after that, when she was finally blessed to become a mother to handsome son Miggy, who is now two and a half years old.

Now, Neri wants to send a comforting reminder to all other moms who experienced or experiencing the same. And that is to trust in God’s perfect timing.

“Sa lahat ng nakakarelate dito. Alam ko ang pakiramdam ng nawalan. Sobrang sakit.

Patience is a virtue ika nga.

Sobrang sakit. Pero bumangon ako at nanalig kay God.

“God bless sa ating lahat! Isang mahigpit na yakap!”
