Chito Miranda is proud of his wife, Neri, for buying a 6000 square meter land from her business earnings! He also challenged himself to buy an even bigger land in the future!

In his social media accounts, Chito Miranda expressed how proud he is of his wife, Neri, after she bought land measuring 6000 square meters.

The Parokya ni Edgar frontman, then, mentioned how he still receives his talent fee for performing in online shows, but presses that he said it is not enough to buy himself 6000 square meters of land.

“Ako, kumikita pa rin ako sa pagbabanda. Thankfully, we still get our full TF for all our online shows. Nakakapag-provide pa rin ako for our family, at nabibili ko pa rin naman yung mga gusto kong baril,” he said. “Pero di ako makakabili ng 6000sqm na lupa.”

He credited Neri for the hard work she gave in buying this land, after she previously bought a land he wants back in their village and a condominium unit in Pico De Loro at Nasugbu, Batangas.

“Tawagin nyo nang pagmamayabang dahil pinagmamalaki ko yung ginagawa ng asawa ko, or sabihin nyo nang nai-inggit ako dahil mas malaki na yung income nya compared to what I was making, even before the lockdown started...ok lang,” he said.

Instead of feeling jealous, Chito said he feels proud and inspired by what his wife is doing to earn income, especially since she is running several businesses.

“[I]nstead na inggit, I'm honestly inspired by what she is doing,” he said. “Katas yan ng tuyo at kape...at ng suka, at ng beddings, at ng affordable na alahas, pajama, and soon, her own online shop.”

“And recently, nakabenta sya ng 15 na lupa in less than a week...by utilizing her #teamwais network of resellers and distributors by making them referral agents for a licensed real estate company,” he added. “All this was done online.”

Chito also told off doubters who simply say Neri got all her earnings fast because of her status as a celebrity.

“Una, sobrang sikat ba ni Neri to entirely use that as an advantage?” he asked.

He added that there is no shame in doing online selling, especially since the fruit of its labor is as big as getting a townhouse.

He concluded his post by reiterating that he feels inspired by his wife and her earnings and challenged himself to buy an even bigger land.

“Tara...gawin na natin 'to.” he ended his post, accompanied by the hashtags #WaisNaMister and #TeamChito.

Bumili si Neri ng 6000sqm na lupa...langya. Ako, kumikita pa rin ako sa pagbabanda. Thankfully, we still get our full TF for all our online shows. Nakakapag-provide pa rin ako for our family, at nabibili ko pa rin naman yung mga gusto kong baril. Pero di ako makakabili ng 6000sqm na lupa. She did this, after nya bilin yung lupa dito sa village na gusto ko, at yung condo nya sa Pico de Loro. Grabe. Tawagin nyo nang pagmamayabang dahil pinagmamalaki ko yung ginagawa ng asawa ko, or sabihin nyo nang nai-inggit ako dahil mas malaki na yung income nya compared to what I was making, even before the lockdown started...ok lang. For me, sobrang proud lang talaga ako (paano ako magyayabang, eh achievements nya yan...not mine✌🏼😂), and instead na inggit, I'm honestly inspired by what she is doing. Katas yan ng tuyo at kape...at ng suka, at ng beddings, at ng affordable na alahas, pajama, and soon, her own online shop. And recently, nakabenta sya ng 15 na lupa in less than a week...by utilizing her #teamwais network of resellers and distributors by making them referral agents for a licensed real estate company. All this was done online. Tara...gawin na natin 'to. #MasWaisNaMister #TeamChito

Chito tied the knot with Neri last December 2014 in two weddings, a civil wedding in a Taguig City restaurant and a garden wedding in Tagaytay City. This was after the Parokya ni Edgar vocalist proposed to her last May 2014 in a fake music video shoot set-up.

By November 2016, they had a son named Miguel Alfonso “Miggy” Miranda.

Neri has since moved on from show business to pursue entrepreneurship, owning numerous businesses including a café, an ukay-ukay, and a bakeshop and selling tuyo, beddings, and jewelry.
