Sharon Cuneta is heartbroken as she took to Instagram on Wednesday, March 24, to tell her followers that Fanny Serrano is now on life support.
It could be recalled that it was last March 16 when the Megastar revealed that the celebrity stylist and make-up artist suffered a massive stroke.
“HINDI KO NA KAYA. Tita Fanny is now on life support...meaning, without all the machines connected to him, he would no longer be able to breathe on his own...I do not know what to do with myself,” the singer-actress wrote on her Wednesday post.
Sharon recalled her promise to Fanny years ago, which was to take care of him until the very end.
“But THIS IS NOT the end I want for you...I know it is all God’s call and His decision, but I wish you weren’t in this situation. I truly have no words to say...there are just no words for how painful this is for me and the others who love you,” she said.
She, then, began asking why she cannot see Fanny now, asking if they can see each other for a kiss, a hug, and a reminder of love. She also recalled the passing of her friend, fashion designer Rocky Gathercole, and why Fanny had to suffer after Rocky’s death.
“Para na kitang Nanay...I love you so much...Bakit naman right after Rocky’s passing ikaw naman ang nasa peligro agad ngayon..? Bakit ba yung mga pinakamahal ko o tumatak sa puso ko, kayo ang umiiwan sa akin in these past couple of years lang?” she went on.
“PAGOD NA PAGOD NA AKONG NAWAWALAN NG MAHAL SA BUHAY. Huwag muna po sana, Lord,” she concluded.
