The entertainment industry has been significantly affected by the wrath of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
TV and movie productions were forced to either fully halt their operations or make do with at-home productions in line with the guidelines and health protocols issued by the government in order to protect the workers from contracting the air-borne virus.
Concerts, film screenings, movie festivals, and stage performances were also rescheduled, if not totally canceled.
Because of the sad situation, the TV and movie workers, just like most Pinoys, are left with uncertainties—including the celebrities.
While some actors are trying to maximize their online platform exposures, others started to find other means to earn a living even under quarantine protocols.
Most of them ventured into food businesses—as most celebs are talented cooks and bakers off-cam; while some opted to serve clientele with specific needs or want (flower shop, home interiors, hi-end face masks, and more).
Whatever it is they offer, we applaud them all for braving this invisible “storm” head-on.
SCROLL DOWN to see these brave celebrities who turned their focus and energy into income-generating ventures.
And let’s support them!
