Sue Ramirez shares secret to staying fit despite no exercise

If you’re an avid follower of Sue Ramirez on Instagram you already know that she is fond of posting swimsuit photos online flaunting her sexy bod. 

With that said, would you believe that she’s not the type of person who spends hours in the gym or do any kind of exercises at all just so she can maintain her figure?

Well, if you don’t, you have to start believing now because she already admitted during her guesting on Tonight with Boy Abunda last Friday, June 7, that working out is not her thing.   

Tito Boy was completely shocked when Sue revealed her secret to staying fit without exercise. 

Matakaw ka pero you don’t seem to gain weight. What is the secret?” Tito Boy asked. 

Sue jokingly replied that it was magic but later on shared her tip. She said, “Hindi Tito Boy, ’yong totoo I eat everything that I want in moderation. Hindi ko sinasagad ’yong sarili ko. Mahirap kasi minsan gusto mo na kainin lahat. Lahat p’wede pero wag lang sobra.”

The actress also mentioned that she will sometimes go for a jog but it will only last for ten minutes. 

Hindi po ako nage-exercise Tito Boy. Pa-jogging jogging lang po kunyare pero 10 minutes lang naman akong tumatakbo.”
