Lovi Poe just dropped tips on how to stay motivated in your healthy lifestyle journey!

Actress Lovi Poe’s slim and toned body is an envy for many. Although, for the actress, her daily workout routines are not just to achieve a certain body goal but it’s also her means of living a healthier lifestyle. 

And most importantly, according to Lovi, working out is also a form of self-love. That’s why almost all her work-out photos and videos on her Instagram account all bear its hashtag—#LoviYourBody. 

She has been very vocal and proud of having a fit lifestyle in her past interviews. Lovi revealed that she usually allot 30 minutes of her time for daily workout sesh. 

The 30-year-old Kapuso actress also shared that she switches up her choice of workout scheme once in a while so her body will not get used to that kind of routine. Hence, she alternately tries boxing, pilates, or do some cardio and weightlifting at the gym.  

But above all, Lovi advises everyone to not workout for a body goal but to “Create a lifestyle that your future self would thank you for."
