Ever since stepping foot inside the Pinoy Big Brother house in 2016, Maymay Entrata has since garnered tons of members of her fandom and have been adored by many. The girl from Cagayan De Oro’s quirky and hilarious persona gave fans the choice to root for her to win the Lucky 7 edition of the long-time Filipino reality show, especially with her kilig moments with Fil-Brit Edward Barber wherein they became known as the now-powerhouse loveteam MayWard.

And, indeed, it happened. After her triumph as the Big Winner, Maymay immediately signed with Star Magic and immediately bagged a leading role in the romantic comedy Loving in Tandem in 2017.

Since then, she has appeared in supporting roles in Kapamilya shows La Luna Sangre (2018) and Hiwaga Ng Kambat (2019) and the horror-comedy flick Da One That Ghost Away starring Kim Chiu and Ryan Bang. In recent times, she appeared in the blockbuster Cathy Garcia-Molina flick Hello, Love, Goodbye starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards.

Apart from her fame in film and television, Maymay also became a hit in the world of singing and runway modelling. Her self-titled debut album received Gold and Platinum certification in 2017. On the other hand, she became the first Filipino to do a runway walk on the Arab Fashion Week, wearing a Furne One design.
