Ben Delubyo stars Ramon “Bong” Revilla, Jr. as police officer Benjamin Fajardo Jr, who was discharged from service after an altercation with his superior, who was protecting a congressman.
After his dismissal from the police force, Ben decides to lead a quiet life as a mechanic. But criminality hounds him as his hometown get beleaguered by them. To help contain the situation, a PNP general orders a police lieutenant (Charlene Gonzales) to get him back.
He returns, indeed, but this time, as a vigilante. But with an uncanny twist of fate, his most important assignment is to subdue a notorious drug lord (Ronaldo Valdez) who happens to be the father of his girlfriend (Aileen Damiles).
