Janno Gibbs, proud of his new superhero movie Mang Jose (his second after Pedro Penduko), mounts a special screening for it at the Cinema ’76 Cafe in Quezon City.
In attendance ang Gibbs family led by Janno’s parents, Sir Ronaldo Valdez and his wife Maria Fe; Jannos’s sister Melissa Gibbs; his wife Bing Loyzaga (who is also part of the movie), and their children Chi and Gabby Gibbs.
Mang Jose Director Rayn Brizuela was also there, as well as Mang Jose co-star Mikoy Morales. Actress Jackie Aquino was also spotted at the venue with Janno’s cousin Anna Ilagan.
Janno’s Sanggano, Sanggago’t Sanggwapo 2 co-star Dennis Padilla came to lend him support, as well as his senatoriable friend Herbert Bautista.
Touched si Janno sa pag dating ng dalawa na in-introduce niya sa kanyang mini-speech as his “matatalik na kaibigan” dahil mahihilig daw talagang, you know, ang mga BFFs niyang ito. Of course, karinyo-brutal nila ’yon sa isa’t isa.
